Successful conclusions of the general shareholders' meeting of Nigeria joint venture

On March 16, the general shareholders of the Nigerian joint venture held a meeting at Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park. The attendees were board members, Mr. Mubarak, the Ismail couple, and Dai Zhengguo.

At the meeting, the General Manager of Artepharm, detailed the operations of the joint venture in 2012, highlighted the plans and objectives for 2013, the market development, the promotion of new products, government procurement and other issues. The participants of the meeting engaged in deep discussions that ended up in general consensus.

During the meeting, Mr. Mubarak spoke favorably of the overall operational status of the joint venture in 2012, and expressed his high expectations for development in 2013 as well.
